Things You Must Know About the Process
- Once your shower is completed from all tile work, we'll come out and take the true dimensions of your shower openings. Why? Because Frameless Shower Enclosures are completely custom, and we make all our glass fabricated to each customer's shower enclosure opening.
- All glass is fabricated to the uniqueness of each shower. Please allow for 5-8 business days from the date of acceptance to having your shower enclosure installed.
- Once the shower enclosure is installed, it is required that the sealant be allowed at least 24 hours of drying time before using the shower. A 48 hour drying time is highly recommended.
- There is a polycarbonated bottom drip that prevents leakage flowing from beneath the door. This drip snaps on and off, making cleaning even easier. After a time, this drip will see some wear and tear.
Our Recommended Treatment After Installation
Diamond XP glass treatment is an after-care treatment that provides an oil-based solution to prevent water deposits from settling into the microscopic pores of all glass products. In other words, it helps prevent hard water stains. After treatment, we will also provide an additional solution for maintenance and help facilitate ongoing maintenance through Diamond XP Glass. This is not a self-cleaning product.
